OmniVera Data Quality+ provides organizations advanced normalization, validation, enrichment, and quality enforcement capabilities that operate on top of the OmniVera Health Data Platform, ensuring data is high-quality and fit for operational use, analytics, and compliance.
It adds a layer of knowledge interoperability to the Health Data Platform’s interoperable data foundation extending its baseline capabilities. Standards like Clinical Quality Language (CQL) along with FHIR enable meaningful sharing of data making it possible to maintain consistency and quality in the data layer across fragmented systems.
Data Quality+ supports proactive issue detection, continuous quality improvement, and PriorAuth workflows like CRD (Coverage Requirements Discovery) and DTR (Documentation, Templates and Rules) where knowledge that maintains clinical context is exchanged back and forth between payers and providers.

Healthcare data is collected and stored in a variety of formats, which makes validating quality rules across data-sets challenging. The enrichment processes include normalization, advanced semantic alignment, and validation uniformly across the entire dataset. Master Data Management (MDM) allows healthcare organizations to maintain links between source records and its real-life representation known as the Golden Record. MDM goes beyond patient identifiers, aggregating all relevant patient data into a structured FHIR-native source-of-truth. Organizations maintain an integrated, comprehensive and actionable patient record that is both cost-effective and easy to manage.
Built-in support for SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm, ICD-10, and other standard code systems with FHIR ConceptMap management and deterministic $translate operations for rules-based terminology mapping. Advanced AI-powered mapping for high-volume clinical data is available in Data Quality+.
C-CDA (Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture) and CDAs are transformed into FHIR resources to capture, search access, and share required patient information in a consistent manner maintaining clinical context. Bidirectional transformations are performed between C-CDA 2.1 and FHIR R4.
